1. Reservation and Booking
To secure the services of Mark Spanberger (Grimlock Films) for your project, a deposit is required upon confirmation of the booking. This deposit will reserve the agreed-upon date and time for your project.

2. Deposit Amount
The deposit amount will vary depending on the specific project and services requested. Details regarding the deposit amount will be communicated to you during the booking process and are subject to the nature and scope of the project.

3. Payment Deadline
The deposit must be paid immediately upon agreement to secure the booking. Failure to submit the deposit promptly may result in the cancellation of the reservation.

4. Cancellation and Refunds
The deposit is refundable if the client chooses to cancel the reservation one month (30 days) prior to the event date. Any cancellations made within the one-month period will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
In the case of emergencies or special events, such as the postponement of the event, we may negotiate the terms regarding the deposit. Please contact me as soon as possible in such cases.

5. Deduction from Final Invoice
The deposit amount paid will be deducted from the final invoice for services rendered. The remaining balance is due on or before the date of the event, as specified in the agreement between Mark Spanberger (Grimlock Films) and the client.

6. Changes to Booking
Any changes to the booking, such as date or scope of services, must be communicated to Mark Spanberger (Grimlock Films) at least one month (30 days) days prior to the agreed-upon date. Changes are subject to availability and approval.

7. Failure to Pay Balance
Failure to pay the remaining balance by the specified due date may result in the withholding of deliverables and may incur additional charges.
